upskill one hour at time.
take a deep dive into one leadership topic at a time with BOMA Sessions.
BOMA Sessions are monthly one-hour, online discussions hosted and led by our founder Janis, with the occasional special guest.
Each session focuses on one leadership topic at a time, with opportunities for questions and discussions throughout, with an optional 15-minute break-out networking session at the end of the hour for those who want to build their community.
All our sessions are designed to help you take the learnings into your everyday work practices. Each participant will receive a summary of the session with recommended further reading signposted.
BOMA Sessions are currently FREE with absolutely no commitment to sign up. In the future, if you do decide to continue with the BOMA Sessions, you can choose to pay-as-you-go or subscribe to blocks.

Google’s Project Aristotle found that the highest performing teams had one thing in common: Psychological safety.
Not comfort.
Not niceness.
Not avoiding conflict.
But the ability to learn, experiment, and fail well.
We’ve all heard about “why” psychological safety is so important but have you learned enough about “how” to build it in to your teams and workplace?
In this workshop, we’ll break down:
The Learning Zone vs Anxiety Zone
Why “mistake‑making” is a sign of a healthy team
How to frame work as an experiment
Practical habits that build a learning culture
If you want to turn theory into action, this session gives you the tools.
